About this Visa
This visa lets foreign business owners live and work in Poland. You can start your own business, work as a freelancer, or own a company while living here legally. It's for people who want to be self-employed in Poland instead of working for someone else. The permit gives you full work rights. You don't need special approval from the government to run your business. You can also bring your spouse and children to live with you. All nationalities can apply. EU, USA, and Swiss citizens can register as self-employed directly. All other nationalities must create a registered company first.

- 18 years or older
- Valid passport
- No criminal record
- Real, working business that makes money
- Health insurance
- Financial requirement: $29,000/year income OR 2 full-time employees for 1+ year
- No debts to government or tax authorities
- Must reside in Poland during permit validity
- Clean Schengen Information System record
Financial Requirement
Business must earn at least $29,000 per year, OR hire 2 full-time employees for 1+ year. Health insurance required.
