About this Visa
The Intra-Corporate Transfer (ICT) permit is for employees of international companies who need to move to a Polish branch. It is designed for managers, specialists, and trainees who already work for the company outside the European Union. You must be transferred by your current employer; you cannot use this visa to find a new job in Poland. This permit combines your work and residence rights into one card. The biggest benefit is for your family: your spouse can live in Poland with you and work freely without needing their own permit. You can also travel and work briefly in other EU countries for your company. As of December 2025, the application process is now digital. You must apply online, and paper forms are no longer accepted. The government fees also increased significantly this month.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Manager, Specialist, or Trainee
- Must have 12 months prior tenure (6 months for trainees)
- Must have guarantee of return after assignment
- Home company must have active physical office (no letterbox)
- Salary must meet Polish market rates
