This permit allows you to live and work in Poland for seasonal jobs. It is specifically for work in farming, hotels, and tourism. You apply for this permit if you are already in Poland and want to extend your stay. It is different from a standard work visa because it has a strict time limit. Eligibility Criteria
- Must currently hold a valid seasonal work permit
- Must work in agriculture, horticulture, or tourism
- Must have a guaranteed place to live
- Must have health insurance
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must be in Poland legally when you apply
Financial Requirement
You must earn at least the minimum wage (approx. $1,300/month). You must also prove you have about $280/month left after paying for rent.
