About this Visa
This permit is for the foreign husband or wife of a Seychelles citizen. It allows you to live in Seychelles with your spouse for a long time. It is much cheaper than an investor visa, but you must be legally married to qualify. This permit does not let you work. To get a job, your employer must apply for a separate work permit for you. This visa is strictly for living with your family.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be legally married to a Seychelles citizen
- Unmarried partners are not eligible
- No criminal record
- Must pass a medical health check
- Must physically reside in Seychelles
Financial Requirement
Spouse must prove sufficient income (bank statements or job contract) to support the household. No fixed minimum amount.
