About this Visa
This permit is for wealthy investors who want to live in Seychelles permanently. It allows you to move there by investing at least $1 million USD in a business or $2 million USD in real estate. You do not need a separate work permit to run your business. This is a Permanent Residency visa, not a quick citizenship program. It gives you the right to live there indefinitely as long as you follow the rules. You can bring your family with you.

Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Must invest the minimum amount ($1M or $2M USD)
- Must have no criminal record
- Must be in good physical health
- Must have enough money to live without government help
- Must not be a prohibited immigrant
Financial Requirement
You must invest $1 million USD in a local business OR $2 million USD in residential real estate. You also need proof of savings to support yourself for at least one year.
