About this Visa
The ONE Pass is a work visa for talented professionals from anywhere in the world. It lets you live and work in Singapore for 5 years without being tied to one employer. You can work for multiple companies or start your own business. This visa is for people earning a good salary or who have achieved something exceptional (awards, published research, professional sports). The ONE Pass is special because it gives you complete employment flexibility. Unlike other work visas, you are not locked to a single employer. You can work for multiple companies simultaneously, switch jobs instantly without permission, or run your own business while employed elsewhere. Approximately 3,000 passes are issued annually. The visa is available to citizens of all countries with no nationality restrictions, bans, or special bilateral agreements. Approval is merit-based on salary or exceptional achievements only.
