About this Visa
The Personalised Employment Pass lets high-earning foreign workers stay in Singapore without being tied to one employer. You can switch jobs freely, travel whenever you want, and bring your family. This visa is NOT for students, entrepreneurs, or self-employed people. You need a real job earning at least SGD 22,500 per month (about $17,000 USD). What's special? You don't need your boss's permission to change jobs. You can stay 6 months without working if you lose your job. BUT: You can only get this visa ONCE. After 3 years, you must apply for permanent residency or leave.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must earn SGD 22,500 per month minimum
- Must have a real job with employment contract
- Cannot be self-employed or freelance
- Cannot be unemployed for more than 6 months in Singapore
- Cannot be a journalist or news editor
- No serious criminal record
- Established career track record required
Financial Requirement
Must earn SGD 22,500 per month minimum from an employer (not self-employed). Proof required: last 6 months bank statements, recent salary slips, tax documents, employment contract.
