About this Visa

The Personalised Employment Pass lets high-earning foreign workers stay in Singapore without being tied to one employer. You can switch jobs freely, travel whenever you want, and bring your family. This visa is NOT for students, entrepreneurs, or self-employed people. You need a real job earning at least SGD 22,500 per month (about $17,000 USD). What's special? You don't need your boss's permission to change jobs. You can stay 6 months without working if you lose your job. BUT: You can only get this visa ONCE. After 3 years, you must apply for permanent residency or leave.
