About this Visa
This is a visa that lets you stay and work in Slovenia for up to one year. You need a job offer from a Slovenian company to get it. It's for people from outside the EU who want to work legally in Slovenia. You can work for the company that hired you. You can travel freely across Europe. You can bring your spouse and children after 2 years. This is the main way non-EU workers get legal employment in Slovenia.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid job offer
- Must have no criminal record
- Must have medical insurance
- Must not have overstayed a visa before
- Must speak enough English or Slovenian for your job
Financial Requirement
No minimum salary required for the visa. Employer must show they hired you at fair wages. Must earn at least €1,277/month (legal minimum). Provide 6 months of bank statements.
