Eligibility Criteria

  • Age 18 or older
  • Clean background with no serious crimes
  • Legitimate business owner or investor
  • For Option A: 3+ years operating a business earning SGD 200 million/year with 30%+ ownership
  • For Option B: SGD 25 million available to invest
  • For Option C: SGD 200 million in assets with 5+ years business/investment experience
  • Must prove legal source of funds
  • Cannot be on international sanctions lists

Financial Requirement

Option A: SGD 10 million investment, company must earn SGD 200 million per year, own 30%, hire 30 employees (15+ Singapore citizens) within 5 years. Option B: SGD 25 million fund investment. Option C: SGD 200 million total assets, deploy SGD 50 million in Singapore stocks.
