About this Visa

This permit lets you work in Slovenia for short periods doing seasonal jobs. It is for people from outside the EU who want to work in farms, forests, or tourist and hospitality businesses when they are busy. You can only work in these seasonal sectors, and only for up to 90 days per year. The permit is useful if you get a job offer from a Slovenian employer but only for a few months. It is simpler than a longer-term work permit, but it has a hard limit: you cannot stay more than 90 days in one calendar year, no matter what. This permit is currently active and accepting applications as of December 2025.

Key Benefits

  • Work legally in agriculture, forestry, tourism, or hospitality
