About this Visa

This visa lets you move to South Korea to start a technology business. You get 1-3 years to plan, learn, and prepare while taking government-run startup courses (OASIS program). You cannot work a regular job, but you can do internships or part-time work up to 25 hours per week. The visa is for anyone with a college degree and a business idea. You must show you have about $4,000 in savings and no criminal record. This is your first step toward getting a D-8-4 business visa to actually run your company.
