About this Visa
This visa lets you visit Sweden for short business trips. You can attend meetings, conferences, or handle business deals. You cannot work or get paid while you're there. The visa works in all 29 European countries in the Schengen area, not just Sweden. You can travel between countries during your trip. This is a short-stay visa (maximum 90 days). If you want to stay longer or work in Sweden, you need a different visa.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a valid reason for your business trip
- Must prove you have enough money (450 SEK per day)
- Must have health insurance (€30,000 minimum)
- Must have a job or business in your home country to show you will return
- No serious criminal record
- Must be invited by a real Swedish company with personalized invitation on official letterhead
- Cannot have lied on previous visa applications
- Must have clean background (no terrorism connections, no immigration fraud)
Financial Requirement
You must show you have money to support yourself: 450 Swedish Krona per day (about €47). For a 10-day trip, show at least 4,500 Swedish Krona. You can prove this with 6 months of bank statements, pay stubs from your job, or proof that your Swedish company will pay your expenses.
