About this Visa
This visa lets your family members (spouse and children) live in Thailand with you if you have an LTR (Long-Term Resident) visa. Your spouse can work in Thailand. Your children can go to school. Everyone gets to stay 10 years. Your family members don't need their own jobs or income. They're approved because you have an LTR visa. When your LTR visa ends, theirs ends too. Important update coming in 2025: The government approved allowing unlimited family members instead of just 4. Parents can also apply now. But this change hasn't become official law yet—you may still be limited to 4 family members if you apply before the Ministry of Interior announces the new rules.
