About this Visa
This visa lets you work in Thailand. You can use it if a Thai company hires you, if you own a business here, or if you invest money in Thailand. The visa is still active and accepting applications. It's one of the main ways foreigners get permission to work legally in Thailand. You can stay and work for 1-3 years, then renew it year after year. Your family can come with you.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 years or older
- No serious diseases (leprosy, tuberculosis, drug addiction, chronic alcoholism, elephantiasis, advanced syphilis)
- No major criminal record or recent imprisonment
- Must have valid job offer or business in Thailand
- Proof of $600+ savings for individual or $1,200 for family
- Thai employer must meet legal requirements (minimum 2 million baht capital)
- No Thai language requirement
- Education requirements depend on job type (teachers require bachelor's degree)
