This visa lets you live and work in Thailand legally. You need a Thai employer to sponsor you. It is for people who want to work, teach, do business, or invest in Thailand. You can work at a Thai company, teach at schools, run a business, or invest money. You can bring your spouse and children to live with you. Thailand is still giving out this visa in 2024-2025.

  • Thai company must hire you
  • No criminal record
  • No serious diseases (tuberculosis, leprosy)
  • Not deported from any country
  • Not on Thailand immigration blacklist
  • Employer must hire 4 Thai workers per 1 foreign worker
  • Minimum salary: $1,500+ (USA/Canada/Australia/Japan/Western Europe), $1,350+ (Hong Kong/South Korea/Singapore/Taiwan), $1,050+ (Other Asia/Russia/Eastern Europe/South America), $750+ (ASEAN countries)
