About this Visa
This permit lets you live legally in Turkey while you study. You need it if staying for more than 90 days. It's required for all university students—undergrads, master's, PhD, and language students. Once you get it, you can stay for your entire study program without worrying about visa issues. The permit gives you legal status in Turkey. You can move around the country freely, leave and come back without getting a new visa, and use all public services like hospitals and buses. You're protected by Turkish law.
