Eligibility Criteria
- Must be at least 20 years old
- No serious criminal record
- Must pass health check with no communicable diseases
- Money must be from legal sources with documented proof
- Cannot have overstayed visas in Taiwan or other countries

- Investment must come from legitimate legal sources
Financial Requirement
Invest either NT$15 million (~$478,000) in a Taiwan business and create 5+ full-time jobs for 3+ years, OR invest NT$30 million (~$957,000) in government bonds held for 3+ years. Must prove money came from legal sources (bank statements, tax records, employment letters).
