About this Visa

This visa allows your spouse and children to live with you in Taiwan. It is designed for families of Taiwan citizens, foreign workers with residence cards, and permanent residents. Once approved, your family can live, study, and travel freely in Taiwan. A major benefit is that your spouse can work legally without needing a separate work permit. You also gain access to Taiwan's excellent healthcare system after six months.

  • Must pass health examination
  • No criminal record in home country
