About this Visa
This visa allows your spouse and children to live with you in Taiwan. It is designed for families of Taiwan citizens, foreign workers with residence cards, and permanent residents. Once approved, your family can live, study, and travel freely in Taiwan. A major benefit is that your spouse can work legally without needing a separate work permit. Eligibility Criteria
- Must be legal spouse or child (under 18) of sponsor
- Sponsor must hold valid Residence Card (ARC), APRC, or Citizenship
- Must pass health examination
- No criminal record in home country
- Children must be unmarried

None for most; $1,675/month income if sponsor is a Mid-Level Technical Worker
