The Taiwan Employment Gold Card is a work visa for skilled professionals. It lets you live and work in Taiwan for 1-3 years. The card combines your work permit, residence visa, and ID into one document. You don't need an employer to sponsor you. You can switch jobs anytime, work part-time, or start your own business without asking permission. This program is designed for people with skills in 10 fields: technology, business, education, arts, finance, law, architecture, defense, sports, or digital work.

  • Proof of financial support
  • Valid passport with 6+ months validity
