This visa lets you live in the UAE for 5 years if you buy property. You get residency without needing a job. It's designed for real estate investors. You can work any job, own your own business, and bring your family. The visa is renewable every 5 years as long as you keep your property. Eligibility & Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Own property worth AED 2,000,000 or more
  • Property paid for or max 50% mortgage with bank approval
  • No criminal record
  • No unpaid fines or debts in UAE
  • Never overstayed visa in UAE
  • No immigration violations
  • Must pass medical test (TB, HIV, Hepatitis)
  • Valid health insurance required
  • At least 18 years old
  • No specific education or work experience required

Financial Requirement

Must own property worth at least AED 2,000,000 (approximately $544,600 USD). Single property or multiple properties combined acceptable. If mortgaged: Bank approval required, minimum AED 2,000,000 equity paid, max 50% mortgage.
