This visa lets you live in the UAE for 5 years if you buy property. You get residency without needing a job. It's designed for real estate investors. Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Own property worth AED 2,000,000 or more
- Property paid for or max 50% mortgage with bank approval
- No criminal record
- No unpaid fines or debts in UAE
- Never overstayed visa in UAE
- No immigration violations
- Must pass medical test (TB, HIV, Hepatitis)
- Valid health insurance required
- At least 18 years old
- No specific education or work experience required
Financial Requirement
Must own property worth at least AED 2,000,000 (approximately $544,600 USD). Single property or multiple properties combined acceptable. If mortgaged: Bank approval required, minimum AED 2,000,000 equity paid, max 50% mortgage.
