About this Visa
This visa lets you legally work in the UAE for a company that sponsors you. You cannot work for any other company without special permission. It's the most common way foreign workers move to the UAE. Anyone with a job offer from a UAE company can apply. You need to be at least 18 years old. The job can be any skill level—doctor, engineer, cleaner, driver, or anything in between. You can work, live in the UAE, bring your family, use healthcare, travel in and out of the country, and open a bank account. You pay no income tax on your salary.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age 18 or older
- Valid job offer from UAE company
- High school diploma minimum education
- No criminal record
- Pass medical exam (HIV, hepatitis, TB, general health)
- Valid passport with 6+ months remaining
- Cannot have previous UAE overstay without clearance
- Cannot have security alerts or police flags
- Cannot have failed medical exam
Financial Requirement
No minimum salary required for basic visa. To sponsor family: AED 4,000/month ($1,090/month) minimum.
