- No criminal record for past 5 years

- Vaccination up to date (tetanus and measles required; COVID-19 no longer required)
- Have $100,000 USD to invest in Uruguay for 10 years
Financial Requirement
You need $1,500 USD per month in pension income (proven by documents). You must also invest $100,000 USD in Uruguayan real estate or government bonds. You cannot touch this money for 10 years.
