About this Visa
The TT visa lets your family members stay with you in Vietnam legally. It is for spouses and children of Vietnamese citizens or foreigners working in Vietnam. Someone already in Vietnam must sponsor you—you cannot apply on your own. This visa is just for family reunification. It is not for work, study, or business. It lets your family live with you.

Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- You are the spouse or child (under 18) of a Vietnamese citizen, OR spouse/child of foreigner with work/investor visa in Vietnam
- No criminal record
- Your sponsor has a valid visa or work permit
- Your marriage or parentage is legally registered
- Your passport is valid for at least 6 months
Financial Requirement
Your sponsor must prove they have stable income and a place for you to live. No specific minimum dollar amount.
