About this Visa
This visa lets a company hire foreign workers for specific jobs. The company applies first, then each employee applies separately. You work for one company in one job role only. This visa is for people who have job offers from registered South African companies. You cannot change jobs or work for yourself. Your family can come with you if they meet the requirements. What makes it different: It is faster than applying alone because your company does the main paperwork first. But the company must prove they could not find South African workers for your job.
